Monark does not offer consumer financing at this time and is looking into it for the future.

All products must be returned in ‘AS NEW’ condition – which requires the product to be in its original packaging and in 100% resalable condition (unless product is deemed defective). Restocking fees will apply.

A manufacturer authorized service company will perform all in warranty repairs. Any out of warranty repairs can be performed by any reputable service company. Refer to your product owners manual, or contact your local showroom for recommendations on authorized repair services.

The product is covered by the manufacturers warranty for any operational issues. The buyer’s sole and exclusive warranty is provided by the product’s manufacturer. Monark Offers an Extended Warranty Program. Monark has a one year warranty on all installation issues.

Typical appliance deliveries are shipped using Monark’s fleet of trucks and when needed through a fully insured and experienced freight carrier. If desired clients can will call items at our warehouses and choose their own method of install.

We deliver to the continental U.S. only. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or abroad. We apologize for any inconvenience. We can however ship to a freight forwarder. We do not ship to APOs or PO Boxes.

A routine delivery usually takes one to two weeks for in-stock items. You will receive an update once the order has shipped. Monark will contact you the week before delivery to schedule.

We offer installation in the four states we do business: Arizona, California, Nevada and Florida. These services vary by region within the state. Monark has their own certified installers, and in some case uses certified approved third party installation companies as needed. Cost for services can be obtained by your salesperson.

Simply complete any applicable rebate forms, fill in your appliance’s serial numbers and mail in the form to the manufacturer. Rebate fulfillment processes can vary so read each rebate for details. Many manufacturers have online processes.

Your warranty is given to you at the time of installation in your owners manual . It is important to register the serial numbers of your appliances as soon as they are delivered using the warranty information provided. Merely follow warranty instructions.

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your product is damaged or does not meet your needs, please notify us immediately. Please contact customer service in the event you need to return your appliance. All returns require a Return Authorization and are subject to a 15% – 35% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges to and from our warehouse are not refundable for returned items.
