Cheesecake Eggs

This recipe calls for balloons. Yes, balloons! You use them to sculpt the egg shape of these chocolates: blow up a balloon, dip it in melted chocolate, and swirl around until everything but the top is coated. Then chop the top off and gently peel the balloon out to leave a chocolate shell. Repeat for as many eggs as you’d like! (The white is cheesecake filling and the yolk is apricot jam for its perfect color.)
